From Service Providers and Institutions who train and refine men to become good fathers, to fathers who seek to be the true custodians of their homes. We want to be the connecting factor that brings everyone together to communally create an alternative system that leaves a lifetime of positive impacts for all families in the country.

We create lasting change from the inside out. 

Our core mission is to change the stereotypical narrative of fathers in the United States. Our work aims to see men in more productive roles in society and make the best choices for their families, and we seek to encourage men to stay committed to the right paths and options, creating a better and prosperous society for us all. This drives us to build a meaningful and strategic ecosystem that Fathers, Service Providers, Institutions, and Organizations in Family and Child Relations can apply in their work and communities.

Our community of

dads,friends, sponsors, and supporters are all invested in making better men for better families. We provide a learning community for personal development and a support group with access to life and career resources that help men become morally, financially, and spiritually stable.

We offer expertise

in workshops and staff training for Service Providers and Institutions to deal with the rising problem of Fatherlessness.

Fathers Forward is

well vested in the art of empathy, honesty, and reliability. We believe our mandate is to serve people and not put on a show for others to see.

Our Founder's Story

From abandonment to involvement.

Our Founder and CEO Eugene Schneeberg is a sought-after speaker, consultant, trainer in fatherhood, violence prevention, children of incarcerated parents, criminal and juvenile justice reentry.
And his success story is nothing short of miraculous and inspiring.
