Our Founder and CEO Eugene Schneeberg is a sought-after speaker, consultant, trainer in fatherhood, violence prevention, children of incarcerated parents, criminal and juvenile justice reentry.

And his success story is nothing short of miraculous and inspiring.

Eugene never met his father, and this quest for such an integral part of his life took him down a path full of twists and turns. This unimaginable journey diminished his hopes of being a good father and finding true love in a family. Eugene took this experience as a trajectory to success.

He provided strategic advice to the White House Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnership and The Department of Justice after being appointed by President Barack Obama as The Director of The Faith-Based Partnerships for The Justice Department. Eugene’s leadership resulted in numerous innovative new policies, practices and grant programs focused on promoting responsible fatherhood, stemming prison re-entry, helping children with incarcerated parents and preventing youth violence. Eugene led DOJ efforts as part of President Obama’s Responsible Fatherhood Initiative, and the My Brother’s Keeper Initiative. This resulted in over $15 million in new grants for Incarcerated Young Fathers and Mothers.

He co-chaired the Obama Administration’s efforts to identify policy reform strategies to improve outcomes for Children of Incarcerated Parents resulting in over $6 million in new grant programs. While serving on the Attorney General’s Federal Interagency Reentry Council he worked to launch a new $10 million dollar Youth Opportunity AmeriCorps grant program.

Eugene left the Obama Administration to begin consulting on local and national Responsible Fatherhood projects. In 2017, he founded Fathers Forward, LLC and till date the team continues to assist clients and partners to improve child wellbeing by engaging and empowering Fathers, leading a positive shift in families.

All his successes and accomplishments in life are crowned with a phenomenal wife of two decades and four exceptional children living life to the fullest.
